Madison Village Park draws many visitors every summer during popular events such as outdoor markets, concerts and car shows.
But this weekend, the park at West Main and River streets also will provide the setting for an outdoor movie.
Madison Joint Recreation District has reserved the park for the night of June. 13 for a free showing of ‘Jumanji.’ The movie starts at 9:30 p.m.
A large, portable screen will be set up in the park to display the 1995 movie, starring Robin Williams. Guests are invited to bring blankets and lawn chairs for seating.
