The Ohio University Observatory will be hosting its last Public Telescope Nights of the summer on June 1 and 2 from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Ridges. While the event will be canceled if it is too cloudy and/or stormy, visitors have the chance to see clusters of stars, distant galaxies (given the right conditions), planets in our solar system and more. Parking is available for free after 5 p.m. in university lots 200, 201 and 202. Admission: Free
The Union Bar, 18 W. Union St., will be hosting Peach Fuzz, Inch and Ryan Kilkenny to play on Friday.
